But when I send rainstorms, hailstones, and strong winds, the wall will surely collapse.

Tell them that I will send hail and a strong rain. The wind will blow hard, and a tornado will come. Then the wall will fall down.
So tell those prophets that their paint is useless. The wall will soon fall down. There will be a lot of rain, hail and strong winds that knock it down.

Tell those who are slapping on the whitewash, ‘When a torrent of rain comes and the hailstones crash down and the hurricane sweeps in and the wall collapses, what’s the good of the whitewash that you slapped on so liberally, making it look so good?’
